Description of Work: Replaced leaking bathroom lavatory faucet with new Delta two-handle set. The original faucet was almost 60 years old so some cutting of old fittings was required. Service technician was careful and methodical. Also installed new shut-off valves inside the vanity. Cost of service was same as estimate. Very happy with service and new Delta faucet.

Description of Work: We originally contacted Holt to repair our outdoor spigots. They were prompt, professional and quickly repaired the issue. We were so pleased that they are now our plumber of choice for all repairs. They also service HVAC, but we have not used that service yet.

Description of Work: I had a problem with my sump pump (the hose from the pump to the pipe came loose, and there was water spraying everywhere). I turned off the pump and called several emergency plumbing services. Holt has customer service answering the phone at all hours, so I got someone to talk to right away. They warned me about the emergency after-hours fee (about 190.00) and then had a plumber at my house within 90 minutes. The plumber was quick, courteous, and even put the battery back-up system back in place when he was done.

Description of Work: We called Holt Plumbing and Heating for an estimate regarding installation of a water softener. The technician arrived on time. He was personable,polite and professional. Booties were used to protect our flooring. He was knowledgeable and thorough when explaining available options. Costs for labor and product were competitive and reasonable. After having worked with several other plumbing and heating companies, we selected Holt Plumbing and Heating. We will use them for all of our plumbing and heating needs from now on. What "sealed the deal" was the honesty regarding an estimate for a home improvement project. He said it would not be worth us spending the money. Several other plumbers had been asked about the same project and did give us an estimate. This gentleman could have done the same and made money for the company but instead was honest and looking at how it would not benefit us. We ended up installing a "Clear Wave" to address our hard water problem. We are very satisfied with the service and product!!!
