GENESIS ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

We agreed to what seemed like a high price for a simple remodel and paid in late Oct 2018. It is now Feb 5, 2019 and we have nothing. He has cancelled, rescheduled and otherwise done his best to avoid us since being paid. According to his proposal: Create partial plans for first floor and basement from drawing image *Field verify measurements, survey framing and structure for viable design options* Floor plans with room labels, dimensions & general construction notes for remodel Provide partial plans for client review with one iteration of changes Includes 1 hour of coordination/responses for City of Ankeny plan review *Not sure the guy (Ed was his name) is even qualified to do the job he was sent here to do. We wandered around staring at the walls and ceiling like he could see through them. I had to suggest that maybe he could see the framing and supports easier from the attic. My wife and I are so disappointed.
