It was just some of the fixtures were kind of cheap that they brought like for the toilet lids, and we had a leak. Overall, they were a good company, they were just not an A on some of the stuff.

Builder's plumber...we weren't impressed. We had all kinds of build mistakes including leaks, broken/non-functioning fixtures and Cook Plumbing never tested the water pressure between our home and the street. Thankfully a squeaky kitchen faucet that wouldn't quit squeaking after multiple Cook Plumbing visits, Cook Plumbing finally determined it wasn't a fixture issue rather our home water pressure was 1.5x above the recommended level. We had lived in our home for almost 1.5 years when this was discovered and we were grateful we had not experienced blown pipes from the excessive water pressure. When we decided to finish our basement we selected a different plumbing company. We would never recommend Cook Plumbing.

The crew showed up on time, worked methodically through the night and finished ahead of schedule.

There were issues with the water heater that should have been fixed by the provider that worked on it before. Cook did stick with it and eventually they replaced the water heater which was under warranty.

Lost hot water while spouse was out of town. I called someone from my husband's office, and someone came by to relight the pilot light and said control module lights weren't on. I called Cook to ask if any should be on and expected to schedule a service call. Instead, Jenny told me the control module for the type of water heater we have meant the lights are only on if there's a problem. No lights=no problem. It was a great to know this without paying for a service call and Jenny was extremely helpful while explaining everything :)

They are the best plumbers in the DM area.

Water source to bath tub was not functioning. Had to enter access by removing part of the drywall and replacing all defective parts. Cleaned up afterwards and replace drywall area.

They came the very next business day and was on time. The technician explained the process to me. The job took less than 20 minutes to complete.

They were on time and called within their time frame they said they would be here to let us know they were on their way. So you're always ready for them. They did the work very efficiently and everything has been working ever since. It's just a very good company.

This company installed two toilets in our home. There were two plumbers who came into our home, removed and hauled away our old toilets, and installed the two new ones. One of the toilet bowls did not align with the tank properly, so the two installers went to the Cook warehouse and returned with another bowl. They were courteous and cleaned up after the installation. I would recommend this plumbing company.

John was my point of contact and provided an accurate estimate and scheduled the appointment immediately over the phone. Troy ( and his partner) completed the job in a timely manner and did a great job of explaining everything they were doing. The guys did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Even though this was a very minor job and not a high cost renovation, the job was scheduled and completed within a couple of days with great service Will definitely call Cook Plumbing for any future needs

Same day service. Professional service (Larry is the best). He takes off shoes at door, very courteous. Pricing was great and the company did as promised. Highly recommended.
