Description of Work: A.J. Kohles was my agent. I was buying a house from out of town. He worked well to develop a list of prospective houses before I came and then spent a 4 day weekend with me viewing over 100 houses and helping me narrow down to a single house. He has excellent expertise in house building that helps in selecting a house that is in good repair and will last.
