Scott and Dylan, the owners of the company informed me that Bonsai Tree Care has been in business for over 6 years. The company prides itself on being Veteran-owned and offering quality work for a fair price. They are a full-service tree care company, from preventative treatments (such as Emerald Ash), to trimming or removal. I also learned that both are internationally certified arborists. I was impressed with that. I phoned them on Saturday, the day after a holiday, after realizing my yew bushes were being eaten by deer. I also knew that oak trees can only be trimmed in the winter and wondered if they could take care of both items in one trip. My phone call was promptly and politely returned. Both owners came to my home to do a walk around and an estimate. Since the deer fencing was an urgent need they said they could work me into their schedule on Monday. Scott and Dylan arrived on time and together. They were both very professional, polite and worked together well as a team. They completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time (and in the freezing cold). They charged me for their time and passed on the fence material cost to me without a mark up. The entire job went very smoothly from start to finish. I appreciated their quick responsiveness to my needs. They were careful not to step on or damage my plants as they worked. Everything was picked up and cleared at the end. They provided quality work at a fair price. I would highly recommend them and would hire Bonsai Tree Care again.
