My husband and I chose Brandon and Rachael as our realtors during our 2017 selling and buying process after discovering them on Instagram. I knew that we would be a great fit before we even met in person because they were so tech and social media savvy. At our first meeting, they showed up with tons of research and information. They went beyond the standard research and brought me a stack of FSBO homes that they thought we might like. And, they were able to get us into a home we were considering immediately. They saved us quite a bit of money by advising against updates we thought would be necessary to sell our house. They had our house on the market on Thursday, and it was sold by Monday with multiple offers. We were blown away. They also helped with the purchase of our new home, gave us a ton of great advice, and made the process go as smoothly as anyone could possibly expect. They are pleasant and easy to work with and incredibly responsive. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Des Moines who is looking for a tech-savvy, sophisticated, data-driven, and personable real estate team.
