He is very efficient and very reasonable price wise. He is young and so good looking and I love him and look at him. The office staff are superb. I would use them again.
Description of Work: I go to Anderson Dental Group for dental care and I saw them last Thursday. I went to have my teeth cleaned and for a check up.

I was pleased to discover I could schedule an appointment fairly quickly, as I live some distance away from the office and I usually make appointments way in advance. I had expected there would only be time for the filling, but work was begun on the crowns as well. Two appointments are necessary for crowns: visit #1 is the preparation for crowns(takes some time: numbing, drilling/grinding, making the "mold" for the crowns, and putting on the temporary crowns). There is a bit of waiting while your mouth "numbs-up". Visit #2 was just a week later, which is very fast, usually it's a couple of weeks; but the lab that makes the crowns was able to get them done that fast this time! And the crowns were a perfect fit! When the crowns are placed in your mouth, the dentist and assistant check your "bite" to make sure everything is aligned, and sometimes it's necessary to take the crown off, do a little smoothing and then recheck the bite.....until it's perfect! But, wow, they were put on, the bite was checked and the fit was perfect!! And that was with two crowns seated next to each other! Dr. Anderson and his assistants are knowledgeable, professional, friendly. Usually I have questions for them and have been impressed with their knowledge and patience! Some people really don't like going to the dentist, but I look forward to it, knowing that Dr. Eric and the staff do excellent work and want to have happy patients with beautiful smiles! Next visit will be for a cleaning!
Description of Work: Two appointments--first visit was for a filling, but ended up including prepping for two crowns as well. . Visit #2, to put on the actual new crowns.

The office appeared very nice. The office staff was very rude. The service I had done was horrible, I had to go in and have the whole procedure redone and resulted into having a root canal done due to it not being done properly. Now, a year after the 're-do' I will need to have the tooth repaired again. NOT HAPPY with results and WILL NOT return.
Description of Work: Routine cleaning and check up that resulted to a crown and root canal.

I've been going to Dr. Anderson since I moved back to Des Moines in 1999. At that time, he had just graduated Dental School at Iowa. I've always been pleased with his manner, communication, and skill whether it was a cleaning, filling, or crown -- and he's done them all. I always get reminder calls a couple of days in advance of my appointments, and rescheduling has always been easy. His office is very efficient as well as friendly. In fact, I think of Dr. Anderson and the staff I work with at the front desk, and Karla Kamm (who really does all the work now, at least for the 6-month checkups) as much as friends as anything else. The 'B' for availability really is more a recognition that he's busy than a difficulty to get in to see him. It's always one of those times you feel like you need to get in "NOW", that it's going to be Monday before you can get in. Not bad. But not now. It's seems difficult these days to maintain a long-term relationship with a service provider. They disappear or suddenly become too expensive, or too hard to see, or something else. Dr. Anderson has not only been easy to work with, but makes sure I have one less thing to worry about.
