+ -1 moreContractor arrived as scheduled and performed all work per contract. Employees were friendly and provided information when requested. Foreman and owner came by separately each day of the project .
Description of Work: Cut new opening for window; install double hung vinyl replacement window with Low E/Argon clear insulated glass, full fiberglass screen and Colonial grid between the glass. Install primed colonial casing on the interior of the window. Extend jams to exterior and install brick mold & sill. Wrap exterior trim with PVC aluminum.

+ -1 moreAll work completed per contract on time and budget. Employees were knowledgeable and friendly. Owner and foreman both stopped by daily during the project.
Description of Work: Re-roof home. Strip roof to existing sheathing. Install 15# roof felt over sheathing. Install metal roof edge. Install 25 year limited warranty shingles and seal around all pipes and chimneys. Install rolled edge vent and roof peak. Remove all material, tools and debris upon completion.

Description of Work: Remove existing steps. Build landing; pour concrete piers; install support posts; pour concrete pad; install box sill; Erect decking; install railings; install vinyl lattice. Remove all debris.

+ -1 moreMoved into house about april, 2000 Had some problems with drywall screws which was taken care of. Had a spot on floor that made a little noise. Over the years the noise showed up more and more. When contacted Tom Sovern(owner) kept going on about houses move. After about 10 years the floor makes noise all through the house. Contractor response " that's normal". I have been in a lot of houses in my life and even in the old houses without central heat, they do not make noise. I reported him to the bbb which was a total waste of time. He knows, i know, every contractor knows the flooring should not make noise when you walk on it.
