They were great to work with, here on time, they found quite a few defects when the old roof was removed. He took pictures of the defects to show me. Gave me a detailed report on them and what it would take to repair them. Found a broken skylight was able to find a replacement overnight and replaced it. Really took pride in their work, kept me informed along the way on how it going. When done the clean up was so good you could not tell they had in the yard and driveway for 2 days.

As the president of our association, it's my duty to get bids and carefully select companies to provide services. I received a total of 7 bids of which 2, I automatically eliminated. I spent a lot of time checking references and looking at prior work. I also checked everyone out at courts online to see if previous customers or vendors were suing them..you learn a lot by looking at that information. Out of the five roofers Jipp's was the second highest bid, but after comparing the type of materials I quickly learned that there is a difference in shingles. It came down to Jipp's and one other company that used the same materials but they were slightly higher and used subcontractors for their tear off, which I was adamantly opposed to. After meeting with Grant Jipp several times I knew he was right for the job. He and his crew of 3 showed up on time, were extremely efficient and clean. He showed me the rotten plywood that needed replacing and informed me of each stage of the project as well as our city building inspector. They completed the work in the time promised and left the project cleaner then when they started!! There was no money required until the project was complete. Jipp's Roofing will be replacing another roof in our association this month and again I look forward to doing business with this company.
