+ -1 moreI love my new kitchen. They tore out a wall and put in a new support beam. dry wall and texture were seamless with the existing wall. We added an island and new counter tops. Also painting was beautifully done. Pelz and his workers were very professional and personable.

+ -1 moreBoards were never put on roof, and shingles were incorrectly stapled. Shingles fell of roof. I got no response from Pelz.
Description of Work: Pelz Construction was supposed to shingle my roof. The shingles lasted about a month and then started to fall off the roof. I called Pelz and asked them to fix the shingles. They never came. Rain came in the house and ruined my ceiling. I had to call someone else to fix the problem. Terrible experience.
