Heaven's Best Carpet & Upholstrey Cleaning

Cleaner was punctual, pleasant, curteous,efficient, and did an excellent job on an old carpet with stains. I had called hoping for almost immediate service, and he was able to fit me on last minute without complaint or comment.

Adam came to our home for a consultation because we had several pet stains and he wanted to give us an accurate quote for the cleaning. The consultation took only 5-10 minutes and he quoted us for a price that was very close to what the actual cost was. We were on vacation when he did the actual cleaning, but when we returned we were very pleased with the results. The carpet looked almost like new, and smelled fresh and clean. We had a stain in the hallway that he removed completely. He left the receipt/bill on the kitchen counter and we mailed him a check. Overall it was a very easy process. The only thing we had to do was remove some of the smaller furniture items (coffee table, end tables) and pick up any clutter. He was able to move the larger furniture such as the sofa and chairs. We are very pleased with the results and would use Heaven's Best again!

It was a fantastic experience! We have an old cat and he sometimes get disoriented when trying to find the litter box. We knew he had some accidents and really needed to get the smell out. They really did an amazing job finding the problem areas and getting it thoroughly cleaned. I had tried myself in the past to get it out but was unsuccessful. Now the carpets look great and even better the smell is gone.

Heaven's Best was on time, very professional and got right to work. Brian took extra time to get the stains/spots out. He went above and beyond anything I could have expected.
