+ -1 moreAdded it to his busy schedule in order to prevent water damage - some of the loose or recent missing shingles were down to the paper lining which would have leaked through nail holes. Explained that the price would be higher than the past as he had to use scaffolding due to the pitch of our roof where the repairs were needed. Did it the next day before more torrential rains came down. Very pleased with his work ethic and quality of work.

+ -1 moreThe work was done in a timely manner and the guys cleaned up after themselves. The quality looks good. The final bill was right in line with the base roof quote and additionals (sheathing and rafter repairs) were in line. Scott did a nice job of quoting the job( did it in his truck after doing the walk around with me) also communication was good. Also the price was very reasonable for the amount of work done.
Description of Work: Repaired water damage to sheathing and 6 rafters needed repair. Roof vent was old cheap tin that was leaking. I needed alot of roof structure work so we decided to do a complete tearoff so all sheathing and rafters could be inspected
