Went great. On time. Polite. Professional.

It went great. He had devices to ensure there was no gas leak and thoroughly checked the water heater to determine the need of replacing the unit. He showed me various signs to look for and was great to work with! I will definitely call them again.

They arrived promptly when they said they would. They were very professional & friendly. They cleaned up completely when they were finished. Very happy with them.

The technician was delayed by an emergent call, the office notified me in good time and rescheduled for 2 hours later. The install took about 2 hours.

.They are very prompt. Generally they can get to you the day you call. They know what they are doing. They fix the problem. Reasonable price. They guys that come in do no mess up the house.

Ok so we had a water pipe break under the road in the front of our house back in the Fall.....The City said we were responsible for it since the main is on the other side of the road...so we call Crystal Plumbing for their escavading services... we paid close to $1000 for that and then had to pay the City close to $500 for the little patch of black top................................... Well once the snow melts we are able to see that there is a pile of dirt mixed with rocks right on the grass and steps... so I call Crystal, they said they usually let the customer take care of that... if we could take care of it why did we need their services anyway?!!!!!!! I just want them to spread it out so at least we can work with it by hand.... the guy from Crystal said he drove by and "it does not look that bad" REALLY?!! we cant mow or use the steps!!!! He said he would have to charge us to come out and smooth it out!!!!
