+ -1 moreTook 3 weeks for Burrier's to actually call me back (I called 5 times) and then to arrange a time to come by to provide an estimate for installing a water softener and running a line to my fridge. The tech seemed very disinterested and couldn't leave quickly enough. He said he would send out an estimate, but that was over 4 weeks ago and still nothing. I won't ever bother with them again. It scares me that they were the ones to put the plumbing in my house before I bought it. We reported a thumping noise in the wall by the sewer that only happens after water is run and he told us that there was nothing that he could do about that (even though they worked on it before we bought the place).
Description of Work: None - called for 3 weeks to get Burrier's to come out and give me an estimate, the tech spent about 15 minutes with me and still has not provided an estimate. It has been over 4 weeks now and still nothing.
