I made an appointment to look at trucks and when I arrived my 5-year old son got sick in the bathroom. Anthony was very kind, cleaned up the mess, and let me know held contest me to reschedule. They didn't have the truck I was looking for, best he found one and worked with me to get the price where I needed it to be. It was a great experience all around.

Dropped off after hours for service the next day. but they were actually able to work on it that night.

When I was ready to buy a car I told the salesman I decided not to buy a Flex. He showed me the Explorer and everything about it. When we picked the car up, he was sure that my wife was there so she could see how everything worked. He set my Bluetooth Sirius Music. Filled the car with gas. We've been pleased with the service.

Spent a few months investigating electric cars, including the Ford C-Max engeri. The sales rep stayed in touch with me, but was not over bearing. Ended up buying the C-Max and the purchasing experience was easy and pleasant.

No need for DOS and DON,Ts. They walk you through and as you learn how to set up the Blue Tooth, radio, seat adjustment and every detail. It is ALL set and ready to GO!! Was a little fearful of all the bells and whistle's. No problem! Had a numbers and offers for any type of concern. Even a personal phone call making sure we were happy with the MKZ. Invited that at anytime help is needed we could call of stop by. This is our third MKZ and would of kept each and everyone of them. This is our 5th car we have gotten at STIVERS!! Great people with great product!!!
