I signed a contract with LeafGuard on Nov 15, 2017 as well as paid a deposit for service. At the time, I was told that the installation back log was "6-9 weeks". Since then, I've heard very little from the company. I contacted them in early January and was told "4 or 5 more weeks", again in early Feb.and told "a few more weeks". Today is March 27 and I contacted them again and was told they're making good progress on their backlog but no estimate was available. I understand that weather delays happen but we're now at about 20 weeks out from the original contract date and they can't provide an estimate which I find unreasonable. Further, I find it poor customer service that I have to continually check in with them for schedule updates, rather than them informing me when they have another delay. I'm still hopeful their product is good if/when it actually gets installed.

HSI did a fantastic job! Could feel house was warmer after insulation was sprayed and blown in. Looking forward to lower energy bills!!!

It took them a day to complete the service. They left the area just as they found it. Two people came to do the job.

Great job by LeafGuard in replacing my 30+ year old roof. Richard A and his team were outstanding! They were the most thorough in preparing the bid - I knew they understood how many sheets would need to be replaced. The quality of the materials was excellent. We got 7 bids and LG wasn't the cheapest, but because of their quality I felt it represented the best Value!

Salesperson was prepared, professional and responsive. Crew did an outstanding job. Showed up on time. Cleaned and removed everything.

We did a lot of research before hiring LeafGuard Exteriors and had several estimates. We chose them based on a referral from a friend, there reputation, and lifetime guarantees. Everything went very smooth from the initial meeting with our estimator Tom to the final installation. While the work was being done it was easy to communicate with all of the installers/supervisors and they were very accommodating with all of our needs. The complete project took them less than a week to complete and we couldn't be happier with the final results. We've already had several complements on the looks of the house in just the few days since the work has been completed and our neighbors have already called them to have there roof replaced.

Excellent work. The new gutters look great, and I'm anxious to see how they hold up in the Fall. It's a bit on the expensive side, but the lifetime, transferable warranty makes it worthwhile.

Originally met with sales representative, Cole Antonovich who came out, inspected and measured the house. Explained the benefit of LeafGuard compared to other products. He was very friendly and professional. Gave us an estimate and explained how the process would work. The day before installation, the men came out, remeasured the house and proceeded to make the seamless gutters right then in the truck. Left everything carefully stacked until installation the next day. Workers arrived promptly in the morning around 8:00, went directly to work, completed the job by early afternoon. Workers were polite and friendly and did a great job of cleaning up after the project was completed. Actual charge was exactly as the estimate.

The service was very good. They worked very well. I do not have to go up there and clean gutters anymore because the leaves fall of the gutters instead of falling in to them. There was nothing I disliked. They came right out. They cleaned up right after them really good. You cannot even tell they were there. I would use them again in the future and I would recommend them too.

The installer noticed that my roof had also been damaged and put a temporary patch on the hole until I could get it fixed.

They did a good job. They were quick and thorough. After they were done, they walked around the yard with a magnet to pick up any scraps. They weren't the cheapest but their motto is "get'em and forget'em" I would recommend them to anyone else considering leafguard gutters.

WENT VERY WELL. INSTALLERS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. ONLY COMPLAINT I HAD WAS THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE ONE AFTERNOON BUT DIDN'T GET THE JOB DONE THEY WERE WORKING ON AND DIDN'T BOTHER CALLING ME THAT THEY WOULDN'T BE HERE UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. I HAD TO CALL THEM.

It went very well. Prompt. Only reason we are not using them is because they were over $4,000 higher in price than who we decided to go with, plus it was going to take them at least a month to get to our roofing job and we were entering November - temperature is a factor in putting on shingles I have learned.

Adam our sales representative was awesome, he made sure everything was done from start to finish. He was responsive and professional during the entire process. All and any concerns we had he answered appropriately. Would recommend this company to everyone.

Good. It was really rainy, so install a little longer, but not much.

The whole process went very well, the workers were here for just a couple days...... They were courteous and on task, answered all our questions, explained what needed to be done to solve the drainage problems of our previous gutter job. They removed all the old gutters, cleaned up all the debris, finished much sooner then we expected. We are very happy that we don't have to clean out gutters now.....

The leaf guard works very well and keeps leaves from clogging up the gutters. The service was very good.
