+ 0 moreThey had a product that we had been looking all over the United States for and it happen to pop-up on the internet that they had it, and we've been looking for months. It was a retractable screen and it was beautiful. They installed it. They will not sell it for self installation. It's required that they install it and they did a nice job. They guarantee their work and the product that way.
Description of Work: We bought a retractable screen at Gilcrest Jewett Lumber.

ceramic tile
+ -1 moreThey will not be allowed to come back. They only presented short term fixes, not interested in admitting their install problem.
Description of Work: This company installed ceramic tile in my new home. In less than a year, they fixed cracked tile twice. As more tiles cracked, it took a long time for them to admit that the tile they installed was discontinued. They were not at all helpful. They did not question why the tile was cracking in the first year. Within 4 years, every tiled floor is cracked and I am now contracting with another company to replace all tile and subfloor. The subfloor was not layed correctly and they did not warrant for over a year. I would never have this company come close to my home again.
