Description of Work: Ugh. One of our dogs generated really awful stains ON OUR NEW CARPET! Called other companies and wasn't getting answers to my questions. Thankfully we found Durachem! Wonderful service, reasonably priced, ultra professional! And all the stains came out!! HIGHLY recommend!

Description of Work: shampooed carpets. Missed several stains that I had pointed out. The men who did the work were very friendly and nice to do business with. After they left I noticed the spot they had missed. Unfortunately it was one of the main reasons I had them clean the carpets.
