Gravis did a fantastic job! I just cannot say enough good things about the job he did and the type of person he is! He was friendly and answered all of my questions. My carpets and sofas look amazing! He is very knowledgeable about carpets and getting out tough stains! He came back a second time about a few areas that surfaced after deep cleaning and cleaned them at no extra charge. A great professional!

Gravis was terrific. Polite. Professional. Pleasant. High Quality. The best part was we ended up having a DirecTV installer out at the same time and he offered to come back in a couple of hours. Carpets are clean and he was great!

Gravis from Duraclean came out and took a look at the property and told me that he didn't smell smoke and didn't see any smoking residue and that I really did not need to have this done. He said the carpet looked good and he didn't feel the recommendation of the leasing agent was necessary. I will be getting this refunded. He was very professional and honest!

It worked out great. They did a great job and I was very happy. I don't know if they had a better equipment, it just seemed like the carpets looked better than when I've had anybody else do them. He was awesome. The carpets were like new.

Duraclean Services were excellent! Our carpets look great and we are so pleased with the work they did! For the price and the great service I would highly recommend them. Gravis, our service agent, also answered a lot of our questions and was a sincere pleasure to work with.

I reached him on a Friday and he happened to be free the next morning. I had received an email about this promotion and paid for it over 2 weeks ago. During that time, he left me several messages and I him, in order to make an appointment. I was thrilled that once we spoke, he was available the very next morning. He cleaned the carpet the next day at 8:00am. He was prompt, courteous, and provided excellent service. I'm so glad I did not RENT a machine and do it myself. One piece of furniture required moving, he moved it. He asked if I wanted other pieces moved for the cleaning and I responded no. All rooms were done within 45 mins. He left me with a spot cleaner and plastic to put around my shoes should I want to walk on the carpet. The entire apt. was dry by 12:00pm when my furniture arrived. Lastly, there were no extra costs for spot cleaning or 'special' cleaners for my apt. What I paid in advance was the complete price of the carpet cleaning. The only surprise was how quick, easy, and efficient the experience was. Would definitely use them again and I highly recommend Duraclean to everyone!

The service went well. I had them clean the living room, bedroom, den, dining room and hallway. One technician came out and completed the job in a part of the morning. He was very efficient and pleasant to work with. He did make sure to prop up the furniture to not stain the carpet. He did the best he could do with cleaning the carpets. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

They were professional and talked me through the work, also providing suggestions moving forward. However, they were unable to perform the service because my grout is not of a type that they are able to work with

He had excellent communication with arrival and services. He worked quickly and efficient. I have LARGE dogs and there was an issue from dog urine from a geriatric dog leaving odor. He did such a wonderful job, you can not smell any odor. More importantly my big puppy does not smell anything and accidents have ceased. I will use him again and again. I highly recommend the job he does.

Service was quick and easy. Highly recommend them. I'll be using again in the future. even months after, I'm still very satisfied.

They called and asked if they could earlier because of a cancellation. This was okay with me. He did a great job deodorizing and explaining each step and what chemicals their company used. He even gave me a hint on what to do for keeping odors under control. He also used a black light to check for stains. No other cleaners had ever did this before. I was more than impressed. It was quick, accurately done and results were wonderful. Four rooms were completed. I was even given advice of how to get carpet stains out.

I'd had 2 older cats during the past year who messed a lot on the carpet. I spot cleaned every time, but did not feel the carpet was " clean ". Duraclean gave the carpet a new lease on life, I'm very pleased. House smells fresh and clean.

Punctual ... right on time. Very professional and truthful about what he could accomplish since the carpets were in such poor condition. Did a good job and I am pleased with the results. Would recommend the company and would utilize their services again myself.

Came earlier than scheduled time, went right to work, took about an hour to finish. Was not able to get some stains out, probably because the carpet was too old. Everything went as expected.

Asked him not to scrape against walls & he was careful. Carpets clean & dried fast. Also had him clean a large rug later for $20

Very friendly and pleasant. Did a good job of cleaning and covering rooms, even large rooms without charging extra. He was about 10 minutes late to show up but that was acceptable. I would recommend him.
