It was very good. It was really reasonable. They were very good just all the way around.

Excellent service. Showed up on time, spent a quick hour cleaning the carpets and then cleaned up as they left. The carpets look wonderful.

Ethan removed dried pet urine stains and most areas of heavy dirt on room entry areas, hallways, stairway and landing. Also removed almost all old dried food stains and grime from dining room table chair cushions. Had some residual stains left on stairway, hallway and one room entry area. Called the company two days after their first visit. Ethan came back the next morning and removed remaining dirt and grime stains. Excellent work, fair prices, very prompt and responsive.

Terrible don't hire them they don't take responsibility for there actions and do more of a disservice then service for any consumer!!!

Provider was available immediately and arrived punctually. Provided work as quoted. I really like the text alert system to let me know when they where on their way and when they were complete (even though I was here). Staff (Ethan) was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Work performed in about 1.5 hours. Would definitely use them again. My only critique is when I scheduled the work via their online system, I had been looking to speak with someone about price and estimates first. That wasn't an option or easy to find. However, when I called, the owner was helpful and understanding.

We had a terrific experience with these guys. They called back to verify appointment and we got a text message when they left the shop and another when they were about 10 minutes from our home. Two young, clean-cut and professional looking men came in a nice newer well-marked van to our home. They were on time and thorough. The quality of the work--now about a 3 days later--is very excellent. We paid with a credit card via an app on his tablet after the work was done and they verified we were completely satisfied. I don't know if these guys were the absolute cheapest (it seems like everyone is in the same ballpark) but our experience was excellent and I would recommend their work without reservation.

The young man was friendly and gracious, but working by himself. He admitted this was not the norm. I got a half assed carpet cleaning due DuraChem's improper staffing. Nice kid. Bare bones minimum service.

It went great. They did a wonderful job.

They usually run a special from spring and fall and that is usually I get. I have not had a spot that they have not been able to remove. It is done really well and they their prices are very comparable. I live 35-miles outside of the metro area. It is very rural and they do not charge me extra to come out like trip fee or anything like that. They always are very accommodating with me. We do not move the furniture every time and they are willing to help with that if need be at least cleaning an area then they would be sliding the couch over, cleaning under the couch, and putting it back. I appreciate that they do that. I guess that is built to their estimate or they are willing to at least do it. Travis and I actually become friends. I have had them out there. He is the owner as well as he does a lot of the work himself. He is very personable and always willing to go the extra mile which I think he does a lot when you deal with the owner. If I remember right, they were slightly late but only by 15 minutes to maybe half-an-hour which really is not unusual because I am much further out than people expected. It takes longer than they think it will. They usually call back when I set-up an appointment with them within a few days. Because of my location, sometimes it is a week or so before they can get out here because they got to allot more time. For where I am compared to other companies, that is sometimes takes them to come out here for a long time. I think their response time is great.

They are always courteous, friendly, and consistently do an excellent job. We have used them a few times and were extremely impressed each time. The first two times, we had them get rid of what I thought was an impossible task - get rid of the cat urine smell (from when our cat was sick and had issues). It took a couple repeated trips (only charging us for one) to get it accomplished, but they did!!! The smell is completely gone and never came back!!! The last time, we just had them out for dog stains (our dog was on meds that caused issues). Those stains came out perfectly! I will always use them and recommend them to everyone!

The representative was 20 minutes late and I informed the person who scheduled my appointment that I was on a timed schedule. I wanted my carpets shampooed. I paid for the deodorizer and either he didn't use it, or it didn't do anything. He left my carpets sopping wet.

They were very professional. They called and said they were running about 30 minutes late, but then arrived right when they said they would. They got right to work. My carpets haven't looked this good in years.

Durachem did a great job with the carpet cleaning! They were on time, friendly, and answered a bunch of questions too. Scheduled the service right away, and was kept notified of appointment updates through the app they use and text. The carpet smelled good (kind of like cinnamon) and dried quickly.

They were on-time, professional, treated the house with care and respect. The carpets looked better than new when they were done. We were very pleased with how they turned out.

They did an excellent job, very professional and easy to work with. I had to change my date of the cleaning and Gravis was easy to work with on the date change. I would highly recommend them.

He was very polite and competent; no mess at all. I had one spot of spills of milk ,bourbon, coffee & coke, etc that proved stubborn as he said it might. When I called him back we arranged time for a second treatment & it has come out perfect! HIRE this guy!! Mike

Outstanding service! Very very pleased with the outcome. This furniture had been "cleaned" by "professionals" in the past, but they were in and out in about 15 minutes. Garvis took his time and spent over 1.5 hours attending to every nook and cranny of the furniture and area rug. He even took my removable pillows to their company location for an even more-thorough cleaning. Garvis was very friendly, very professional and gave tips on keeping my furniture looking good. I also love that this is a family-owned and operated business since the 1930s. AND that Garvis is currently a member of the armed services, having served our country in Iraq and Afghanistan. I will absolutely use DuraChem in the future and recommend the company to anyone looking for great work, at a great price, and operated by great people.

Gravis did an excellent job! I just cannot say enough good things about working with him and the job he did! He was prompt,, friendly, and very professional. My carpets and sofas look amazing! He even came back to work on some difficult spots the next day at no additional cost.

I could not have been happier with the service Durachem provided. Gravis was running a little late but he called me to let me know - which I greatly appreciated. He was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. I purchased his Angie's List special ($99 for 3 rooms) and our carpet looked brand new afterwards. He was efficient and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone and he will be my 'go to' carpet cleaner going forward!
