Description of Work: I had a groupon to have one room cleaned. It was a room with newer carpet that still smelled like an odd carpet smell (formaldehyde).... I explained that this was why I decided to get the carpet cleaned. After the cleaning, the smell remained. Not sure - maybe the carpet will always have an odor.

Description of Work: The carpet was saturated. I have never experienced carpet cleaning this wet. With fans running all night it took more then then 24 hours to dry. We were not completely happy with the trim on our sofa & chair. The cleaning product just didn't get the trim clean. He was nice enough to come back & work on it again, but it still didn't come clean. He told us it was because black cording had been used under the light microfiber. We over saturation was really tough to deal with. We literally could not sit on our furniture for 2 days. We were able to get the dirt out with resolve. I wanted to give this company a good review, but I just can't. They need to fix there machine, the excess water was just unacceptable.

Description of Work: Came on Memorial Day which I had set the date well over a month ago not realizing it was an observed Holiday. I asked him to provide an additional area which I felt the added price from the Angie's list deal was very resonable. I tried to give him an extra $10 since he worked so hard, fast and did an amazing job, but he wouldn't take it. Never thought my carpet could come that clean. Highly recommend.
