Everything went fine until we signed on the dotted line and construction was underway. At that point it was obvious that there were problems with the work done and the unwillingness by Mr. Oswald and his employees (subs) to fix these issues. We have had serious issues with every aspect of the build: CONCRETE - driveway uneven, front sidewalk damaged by sod install, cracks in sidewalk and basement, joint cuts ragged. No solution. Called cosmetic and/or not severe enough to fix by builder. ELECTRIC - continuous power outages from circuit breakers tripping for no reason. Cheap electric panel needs replaced at my cost. Gas Connection - wrong size valve (too large) installed causing appliance malfunctions. I could go on and on. They even painted the house the wrong color !

Scott Oswald is the owner. He started building in November and we moved in March 7th. I like everything, he is excellent. He makes sure we are happy with everything. If we weren't he was immediate to fix it. He listened to us and knew exactly what we wanted. He was patient and very easy going, he was excellent. I can't say enough good things about him. They are very dependable, patient and honest. They are everything you want out of a builder, he's a great guy.
