The worst!!!! If anybody does work with Jason BeeBe they need to have their head examined. He almost cheated me out of an additional 10,500 but was afraid of going to jail for writing a bad check. This guy will ask for a deposit and never come back again. The floor he installed is already curling because they didn't install in correctly - $30,000 floor ruined in three weeks. THE WORST! Run!
Description of Work: He subcontracted flooring on my home and ended up not paying the workers. I came home to a half finished house and a total mess.

FRAUD! [Member Name Removed] who has done this from 2016-18 to Deck & Drive Solutions, Corning Rental, Siegel Lawn Care, Mawdsley Home Improvement, Southern IA Rural Water, United Services of Des Moines and Kline Electric, hires people to do work and then hides behind the gates of [Member Information Removed] All except 2 of us have been able to get judgements and garnishments against [Member Name Removed]. In the Fall of 2016 [Member Name Removed] left reviews about my company on many websites under his name and also the names of 360 Aerial, Jacob Flint and [Member Name Removed] Hatfield. In June 2016 I installed new floors in Marks house while he was on vacation. He loved the work so much that he ordered flooring for 2 more rooms and paid me for what I had done to that point. Upon finishing the project I sent [Member Name Removed] an invoice for the final $3,000. He was so mad that I was charging him for the 2 additional rooms that he canceled another project we had planned and demanded his money back. I immediately gave him a check back for the $10,500. To this day I have never received the $3,000 due to me and I found out that he is a FRAUD from one of the contractors listed above. My Insurance Company, Grinnell Mutual, even visited the house since [Member Name Removed] called them and said I ruined the house and wanted to collect money from them. Grinnell Mutual reported that I did a great job and found no wrong doing. Paint in the garage was not from us, flooring installed correctly, hole in the sheet rock was put there for tv cords and trim was all complete and no problems.

I am 41 years old and I have been doing this since I was 8 years old with my Father. I am a 3rd generation floor guy and I love what I do. I live in Waukee since 2014. My cell is 515-229-8541. Quality of the work was excellent and we were pleased with the results. It did take longer than anticipated, which meant we had the expense of a hotel for a few extra days (over the weekend), rather than being able to move back into the house on a Friday. They explained all the steps of the process, so we knew what to expect.
Description of Work: Refinished hardwood floors and repaired damaged areas.

It worked out great for us because we were going to be out of town for a few days and when we returned home everything was done and there was no mess.
Description of Work: They installed floor tile in back entry way and installed Select red oak flooring in dining room area. Sanded and applied 3 coats oil based finish to wood. Also did a curved hardwood header where the wood floor meet the kitchen tile.

Description of Work: Not sure what happened with Jason BB. He originally answered his phone and acted interested in helping me. He called back when he said he would but after learning that my job wasn't very big he became booked out a month. I asked if he would come by to confirm what the job needed and he said yes. Then he didn't show and then I called him on a couple different days and he just blew me off. Too bad. This was a small job but the rest of my house is hardwood floors and it's about time to redo them and that was 11,000 the last time. Dumb move to not be a good person.

We knew project was a small job from the beginning. No job is to small to us, all jobs small or large are opportunities for us to work and receive more work or referrals in the future. Homeowner was also made aware immediately that we were booked for over a month but still wanted to schedule his project with us. We are a small family owned business and typically have a waiting list. Homeowner already had 3 companies work on his floor and was not happy with anyones work. Homeowner was unhappy that there was dog hair in the finish. Homeowner had 2 large dogs. It is impossible to keep dog hair out of floor no matter how well you clean the floor and surrounding areas. Due to the situation we chose to not do this job, homeowner obviously was very unhappy about our decision.

I called them early this spring for an estimate. We ended up deciding to put the project on hold due to other things going on. We were able to move forward this fall. I called them and they honored their original estimate even though it was at least 6 months later. I scheduled an appt. They arrived on time that morning and started working. It took an extra day (it was more difficult to sand than they expected) but they didn't charge us any more for the extra time. The floors look beautiful and no one will ever know that some of that flooring is 16 years newer than the rest of it.
Description of Work: We remodeled the kitchen and changed the layout. We had to have new hardwood installed in the places where there were no longer any cabinets. Then the rest of the floor needed to be refinished.

There bid was reasonable. They did a complete inspection first. Then they recommended stains and finishes. We felt very comfortable using them.
Description of Work: The company refinished several rooms of hardwood flooring for us. They did an outstanding job and we would recommend them.

Rep inspected floor, gave us options, gave us a firm estimate, tested the finish product, arrived when promised, did the job with dust collection equipment, did a professional job. Floor looks and performs great.
