Allstate Gutter & Siding

My initial call was returned within a couple hours and they were out for an estimate the same day. Crew showed up on the day scheduled first thing in the morning and were completed in about 2.5 hours. Courteous, professional quality work. Quoted price was mid-range of all estimates. Final price was little under the quote too. I would comfortably recommend them to anyone.

They did an excellent job. Everything looks great and appears to me to be a higher quality job than original installation. Very impressed. I would highly recommend.

Allstate Gutter & Siding was great. They were good. They had no problems. We've had no issues. They even followed up when we did have a small issue and they fixed it right away. We called a couple of different companies and I think their price was right in the middle so I think they did a good job on that, too. We probably got a really good value for even though they weren't the cheapest one, I think that we got a better product. Very good quality.

The request for estimates was placed via the Angie's List contact information. They called and came out for an estimate within a few days. When we asked them to do the work, it was complete within a week. All work was done well and all workers were professional. Work was completed in 1 day to our 1.5 story building used to board, groom, and train dogs.

I would give them an A+ rating. They were very good. They showed up on the day that they set, maybe even a day or two before. As far as cleanup, the guy took a lot of care and time. I watched him and he picked up everything that he left. I did not get a lot of estimates because I was so impressed with him. I felt like the price was reasonable. I was happy with the price. I did not think it was out of line. I did not question it. The quality of service was first class. Their responsiveness was very good.

Representative showed up and was highly unprofessional towards my employee. He was on the phone almost the entire time. Looked at our building and said there was nothing they could do. However, another provider found on Angie's List was more than helpful and did find a solution. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

There was only one person and I was warned ahead of time that it was going to take a while but this guy did an excellent job. They let me know that it was going to take a long time but the guy was topnotch. I didn't see hi that much. He seemed nice but I was at work all the time. Everything was cleaned up. I like that he bought my garbage can up. I think their price was comparable to other people.

I called Allstate Gutter & Siding for a quote on repairing siding and replacing gutters and down spouts on our home. They were very quick to send out a salesman to observe and provide us with a quote. We also received one other quote and Allstate Gutter & Siding came in $300 under the other bid. Allstate Gutter and Siding answered all my questions and were very detailed in explaining what they were going to do and the cost. They gave me a time frame of when they would start the job and were here working when they said they would be. Allstate Gutter & Siding provided the service, cleaned up after themselves and provided everything they said they would in a very professional manner. I would use them over and over again.

Great! Provider gave their honest assessment-that the gutter was fine it just needed cleaning. No sales hype.

Called Allstate in the afternoon, and the installation crew came out the next morning. Gutters were installed within an hour, and they look great.

It took a little while for them to return my call, but they went to the home and gave me a price in fairly short order. They did not get there to replace gutters when they indicated they would and had to reschedule. Not a big deal. We did not have an opportunity to meet with them prior to putting the gutters on but we went to the home as they were just finishing the job and we noticed that one of the downspouts was not going the direction we wanted. Even though it added a bit to their time and material, they changed the direction to suit us and did not charge any extra. I could tell they were not thrilled with doing it, but they did it without complaint. I would use them again as I think their price was fair and they did a good job.

Work crew was very prompt, cleaned up when they were done. Even fixed some things that were broken before they got there. Very proffesional and the best price we got. I will be using this company again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

We were referred to Allstate by a trusted contractor who did some high quality work for us installing new windows, as we had discovered additional damage to the sheathing and headers in our garage due to water infiltration. The contractor who referred us to Allstate gave Allstate my contact information the first week of September and told me to expect a call shortly. I never received a call, so I followed up with Allstate initially on Monday, September 9th to request an estimate and was told that the owner, Rick, would call me that day. He did not call, so a week later I called again, leaving a voicemail this time requesting follow-up and referencing the referral. Nobody called me, so I gave them one last try and called yesterday morning, speaking with the office manager who again promised a call back that same day. It is now past the close of business the following day, again with no call. I was assured that they want my business, they knew the referring contractor when I mentioned his name, but don't care enough to follow up with potential customers. I have wasted a lot of time waiting for a reply, or even to be told that they are too busy and won't be able to take on any more business at this time, and resent the treatment. They may do fantastic work, but their utter disregard for customer service is painfully obvious and, honestly, insulting.

Allstate did a great job on our Beaverdale brick. The bid was fair and transparent. The work was done quickly. I felt well-informed during the entire process. I'd definitely use them again.

We were very pleased with work, particularly the pricing. Company was very responsive, did good work and was very competitive on the price. We received quotes from 3 vendors. All were going to provide same work - no real difference in approaches or product. One vendor in particular who advertised 50 or 75% labor discount was more than TWICE All State Gutter & Siding. Obvously, an advertising gimmick that is at best, misleading. All State did fine work for a fair price. We would use them again.

Only time costs were due to the extreme hot weather experienced during the construction. They were excellent in replacement of the windows allowing for our timing issues and worked well and excellent cleanup of the area.

I was very impressed with the quality of work done, the friendliness of the workers, and the speed of the job.

Replaced15 foot of gutter. I was not home when the work was done but they left no mess and did what i expected.
