+ -1 moreIt was a very terrible experience. They didn't clean up any of their mess and they left the wood they cut down in my yard. They only did half of the pruning they were to complete. When i asked about the other piece they told me they wanted additional money. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I feel they tried to take advantage of me and didn't clean up their mess and remove the wood as they had agreed to do.
Description of Work: I requested them to remove two pieces of one tree for me. They told me they would remove all the wood afterwards and clean up the mess from the pruning.

+ -1 moreTwin Oaks Tree Service recognized the danger to our home and person and arranged their schedule to come the next morning with a very professional crew and did a wonderful job, completing the whole project for which we had bid. They were professional, prompt, and courteous. We would use their services again and have already recommended them to our friends.
Description of Work: We had a VERY large silver maple near our deck and one of the limbs that was the size of a two-foot diameter tree was separating from the trunk. This limb hung over the bedroom area of our home and after several days of very high winds, the limb was becoming a potential "killer", should it fall on the house. Several weeks prior, we had taken bids from three companies to remove this limb and several others on this and another tree. When the conditions worsened on this tree we immediately called Twin Oaks Tree Service (which had actually been recommended to us by one of our bidders who could not do the job). They came that same day and it was agreed that the limb was a danger and should be removed right away.
