+ -1 moreThey worked efficiently, and they pointed out a couple small oil leaks that would need to be fixed as a preventative maintenance item. They gave me an estimate for fixing them if I wasn't able to get the dealership to fix them, and said that the cost of the inspection could be credited toward the repairs if I had them done at Tuffy's.
Description of Work: I had them inspect a new car as a 3rd party mechanic before I bought it.

Description of Work: They have done general auto maintenance and oil changes for me. I did have a problem with the last oil change because he forgot to put the oil cap back on. I called them about it and they asked me to bring the car back in but I didn’t feel comfortable driving it so they sent a wrecker out to bring the car there at no charge. They were good about taking care of us and they were more than happy to make it right. I’ve been going to them for 10 years.

+ -1 moreThese guys saved my life. If I had not brought in my van for inspection I would have lost all control of my steering assembly. They fixed it right away, and gave me a loaner so I could finish my errands rather then wait. My van is driving very well, and I will always trust Tuffy's to do right by my van. They try to upsell, but know that it is not always financially available for me to accept the extras services such as oil change and transmission flush. When I have the money I will return for the service of an oil change.
Description of Work: I took my new van in to have it looked at after hearing a HUGE thump while driving my van. They found a very dangerous situation and then did the repairs that day.

+ -1 moreThey were very good. I didn't compare their prices but my guess is that they are a little higher than some of the littler places but they are cheaper than the dealer.
