+ -1 moreInitially they told me that they would get someone here visually every year just to look inside the house; they have not done that from the last two years. I might have to call them and ask them if that policy has changed. They come around in April-May and June-October when the termites are there. When it is cold out here nobody comes around. They had put in a different type of trap initially and every once in a while I have called them when my lawn mower has broken; they have sent someone right away and have replaced it. They have been pretty good. They leave a slip in for me every month informing me that they have been here and that’s about it. They have been very professional whenever I have spoken to them but I have not spoken to anyone lately. My overall experience with them has been good.
