Signed contract for summer mowing and fertilizing. First fertilizing was done, but subsequent fertilizing per the contract has not been done. Invoices have been incorrect - Charging above the contract amount and billing for dates no mowing took place. When I call they are pleasant and correct the error, but I am tired of spending time resolving inaccurate increases. Grass is not always cut evenly. It looks like the blade needs to be sharpened. In July, received an invoice for an additional $3 per mow above the contracted rate due what was described as a gas surcharge for the increase in gas prices. Gas prices have been going down, not up. I will honor my end of the contract and continue to use their services this season, but will probably be looking for another lawn care company next year.

First of I would like to note that I have used Reliables Service for about 2 years. In the beginning, thing were great. They built stone block rings around some of my gardens and put black edging around the others. They mowed and trimmed trees and general lawn maintenence for me last year. (I did have to ask them to not try and get the rider in the back yard as they were scraping of the turf and to slow down the turns to stop from digging divots in the grass and to please move the picnic table, rather than mowing around it.) They complied and the summer went great. But as summer was coming to a close, I asked that they repair one of the stone rings that they had installed and do a fall clean up of the yard and gardens. Neither of those things were done, and because winter weather hit quickly, I didn't make much of it, thinking they would get to it first thing this spring. Then I got a bill for the stone ring repair and fall clean up. I talked with Stacy and she was confused, but we straightened out the mix up. I was pleased with the snow removal, they were timely and did a good job keeping the driveway and crosswalks open. But since spring has come, I keep getting promised that the stone will be replaced... And they have gone back to the sloppy job of mowing and trimming they did at the beginning. And the gardens never got the clean up. I have found another company to care for my yard and to do the snow removal this winter.

They did a great job. It was done quickly and neatly. I was very pleased.
