They are wonderful. It was a pretty good price. It was a huge mess. They told me exactly what to expect and they cleaned it up very nicely. They had to break through tile. They didn't break a single tile and I could put it back if I wanted to. They had given me other estimates on a whole variety of things. I ended up just getting one from them at their suggestion. They don't try to get you to spend the most money that you can. IF you want quality and price, they can help you with that. If you want really high end stuff, they can help you with that. They are very good with options. I have used them over the years. They have done major plumbing jobs; they have put a toilet in the basement. They have done a lot of work for me over the years. Their price is excellent. I have had problem with their responsiveness. They don't have office staff any more. I have to call, leave a message and wait to get a call back. One time I didn't get a call back. They are always here when they say.

Plumbing Concepts redid some lines on leaking pipes in an apartment I own. I had a good experience with them. I have been using them for about 15 years and will continue to as needs arise.
