Peoples Appliance

We purchased a dishwasher from another company in town with the extended warranty. I called the warranty company to schedule a repair. The representative at the warranty company told me on my first call on 6/23 that they were faxing a repair order to Peoples Appliance and call to follow up if I didn't hear from them in 48 hours. I didn't hear from them, so I called to follow up and the male who answered the phone said he would have someone call me. I waited a few more days and called again and left another message. When the repair man called me back he said he didn't get the order. On July 2nd, I called the warranty company again and they re faxed the order. I waited a few more days and called to follow up again, as no one from Peoples called me back. Again, they said they did not get the fax and the male I talked to said they don't do work for this warranty company. So I called the warranty company on July July 11th. The warranty company called them and talked to someone at Peoples Appliance and faxed the repair order to them again. My husband called People Appliance the next day and they did confirm they received the order. A few more days went by and someone called to set up the repair date, which was supposed to be on July 23rd. On July 21st, they called and told my husband they were declining the repair, because they were not going to make any money on it and since we did not buy the dishwasher from them, they would not do the work. I called the warranty company on July 22nd and we have another company coming to make the repair.
