Description of Work: It was great. There is usually two or three ladies that come. I work from home and they are quiet, quick and efficient. I mentioned a spot in the shower where I thought more work would be needed, and they've done a great job ever since. Always call before they come, are always punctual. Even my kids mention how nice the house smells!!! |

Description of Work: weekly cleaning, large kitchen, living room, dining room. 1 1/2 baths, and 2 bedrooms. My house is much cleaner than when I tried to do it myself. The cleaning product they use leaves a nice cinnamon scent. The cleaners are pleasant and get right down to work cleaning.

 + -1 moreI called several maid services this fall, and Merry Maids were the first ones to call back. I made an appointment with a representative for her to come to my house, see what I wanted done, and provide an estimate. She also went over the process, gave me options for providing access to the home, and explained the initial deep cleaning process. The initial deep cleaning ended up costing around $300. After that, for the recurring service she quoted $108 for the kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway and one bathroom. Later I added a second bathroom for an additional $8, so I now pay $116 every 2 weeks. I now have a standing bi-weekly appointment for cleaning. I provided them a key and they let themselves in while I am at work. It is usually the same person who comes so she is used to my dog. I have been very satisfied with the cleanliness of the house when I return home on those days. For a while I noticed there were some streaks left on the glass of my framed photos. I started leaving a note requesting they not clean those with anything wet; so far they have not done so again. Overall would recommend.
