They decided to save some money on the facing and did not tell me that they were not going to add it in. They basically forgot to put in barrors. I have been paying $200 per month for dehumidaphier and I have 20 gallons so far of water that I have to clean up.

Craig Ceilley is amazing. He has a good staff, but gets on the phone himself whenever possible. VERY available. Came himself to evaluate everything. Bluntly honest about what insulation will give you the results you need, and what would be money spent on that which will not likely give a great return in energy savings. Did the paperwork and sent it in to the energy company offering a rebate. This was GREAT! Did not ask for money up front. That process was more involved than he originally thought.-because we are in a different town, he didn't work with these folks as often and the procedure was different. He was incredibly patient, and again, got personally involved to the detail of the finish. The guys who did the actual labor were fine, and were careful of the area. They weren't as completely communicative as Craig Ceilley, but that wasn't their role. I would have them back again no problem. I felt I got a real education in insulation and energy savings from Craig Ceilley.
