 + -1 moreSeveral days later, the same individual arrived with a crew to do the install. This was and is such an advantage, deal up front with the people that do the bidding. Nothing had been said about the name brand of equipment, nor the monitoring company, and I was surprised that some of the finest equipment was provided. The monitoring company has a national presence and has a very low months fee. But that is not why I am writing this review. During the install, something unexpected happened that took additional attention. It was late on a Friday Afternoon and Ross arrived back at our home and worked until 7:00 PM to complete the needed work. While this company has an excellent reputation, I can personally attest to the quality of work, and 100% standing behind every aspect of an installation. Without hesitation I give it 5 stars for quality of materials, promptness, professional workmanship, and complete customer satisfaction.
Description of Work: After two break-in's in our neighborhood, we called Hawkeye Alarm for a proposal. This was hard to do over the phone, and that evening, a nice young man, Ross, came to our home and spent considerable time teaching us about residential alarm systems. There were many options, and each was explained as it was applied to our home. Because of the layout of our home, wonderfully, a system was proposed that did not take many sensors. We did not choose options for fire detection nor house temperature warning. I have some expertise in electrical wiring and to my amazement,, I was offered an option of pulling some of the electoral wire to save on installation costs.
