Description of Work: He installed 4 doors and 2 screen doors.

Description of Work: Russ remodeled our bathrooom. Here is just some of the stuff that he messed up. He scratched the tub surround when he put up a security bar. There is a window, that he took out and replaced with the cheepest one he could buy, and had to add shims to make it fit. He cut it wrong inside, so the putty shows in the corners, and tried to tell me that's how you're supposed to do it. The window sill should have a slant, so the water can run off, but he didn't know that I guess. He bought all the materials, except a vanity. He first bought a really pretty faucet, then exchanged it for some crap, that he didn't know how to install. I wanted a shower. He put in the crap,using only caulk to secure it to the wall, and that was my Idea. And then he put a hole in my vanity shelf, that I found out later, he didn't need to do that. He left 3 times to get parts he forgot, and was gone once for lunch, 2and1/2 hrs. He even told my husband he's had a couple beers at lunch before. Then he put in a door, that didn't fit the opening. He told my husband the size, and instead of exchanging it, that too he put shims around. Everything he did, including putting in my sink in my kitchen, my husband had to fix after he left. He's a very smooth talker, but when he exchanged the pretty faucet for crap, we didn't get any $ back. He stole the Hand-Held shower I already had. We asked, found all the old parts except that. I'll bet his wife has a brand new one. I wouldn't let him build a dog house. He thought he was going to put window replacements in our house, but I'm sticking with a Contractor from now on. He really burned us. BEWARE!!!

Description of Work: We hired him to install 4 exterior doors and 2 screen doors. He ran into some unexpected problems and was almost apologetic that he would need to charge additional for his time to do it correctly. The doors look and work wonderful.
