Fereday Heating and Air Conditioning

Awsome- much better air flow after service, living room finally getting heated up like rest of the house. They were very curteous and respectful. Answered all questions and were not pushy.

After another local company and the FEMA inspector differed about which appliances in my basement needed replaced and a second H&P company could not make an appointment for over 2 weeks, I contacted Fereday. They were my 3rd contact. They came the next day and inspected my furnace, including showing me the inside so that I could see that the water had never gotten to within 2-3 inches of any electronics and allowed me to take photos for FEMA. They provided notes on my service call bill for the city inspector so that I could get the gas turned back on and provided a quote for the water heater that was reasonable. They scheduled the water heater replacement within the week. They did change the time for the install on me from morning to 3pm-5:30pm but they also called that morning to let me know. New water heater is working great. Old Furnace has never been better.

The Service Tech; Russ was the true professionalism that sealed the deal with any and all future needs for this company. Russ came out, within minutes determined that the AC capacitor had gone bad. First part of this was we had called a company last year in the Fall to check on it as the AC had stopped working. The tech came out and quickly said the problem was the compressor had gone bad and needed replaced even though the unit was roughly 5 yrs old.. Not so much as look at anything so I decided, because of the cost involved, I would wait until the spring to get it checked again and to fix the problem. Russ not only saved us big time with the honesty but also arrived quickly quickly, within 45 minutes of the confirmed apt phone call. Total time to completion was roughly 40 minutes from pulling up and asking the problem. After that he hang around for about 5 minutes to talk for a yearly plan of action to service the unit to winterize. For me, the pure honesty and professionalism that Russ did for us was phenomenal. The price even considering the service call, replacement call and maintenance was even better. Please let Rus know the retiring Army guy and his family appreciated this.

It went well; they called before coming, and let me watch/ask questions as they fixed the furnace. I'm sure we'll use them again in the future.

After calling the office, the technician was out within the timeframe I requested. He was professional, polite and explained what the issue was. After making his repairs, he cleaned up after him self- leaving his work space tidy which I greatly appreciated. The bill was very reasonable compared to other service calls from different compaines I have used in the past. I would highly recommend using them for all my future heating and cooling needs.

When I noticed I had a large hole in my venting for my water heater, I called around for some idea of cost of what it would be to fix because I definitely have to pinch some pennies. I went with Fereday since they seemed very reasonable. The main reason was because they assured me that they wanted to get it fixed quickly since it was such a safety issue. They were out within the hour, and we were good to go in no time. Russ was very professional and polite. The price was just right too.

They came out and they were pretty knowledgeable. They wanted to vent it through the front of the house and I wanted it vented through the side of the house, so there was a slight issue there.

There was nothing I disliked about them. Tom had two guys come out every day right on time and they worked very well to get the job done. Everything is holding up well and I will use them again in the future. I have used them before in the past.
