Description of Work: Forgot to send out radio for repair. When questioned why it was late....they blamed us and said we didn't bring it in on the date we said we did. Their own voice mail message proved we did and they were wrong. Also very rude about whole ordeal. Car deal paid for repair as we had just bought the car.
