The representative showed up on time. He was very pleasant to visit with, He looked at the insects and where they were and how they were acting and said they were ground/digger bees. He said they were just coming out of their winter holes and would most likely disappear after a few weeks. He said they were not aggressive. He recommended we just overseed that part of the lawn to get rid of any bare spots and that they would go bury their eggs somewhere else next time. No treatment needed. I will most certainly call them if needed in the future. Thank you Enviro-Pest!

This company is very good. We've been using them for 2 years now, and haven't seen bugs or spiders since. They are very good about working around my schedule and notifying me in advance of when my next treatment is. I would definitely recommend them.

Great! I have had them come for several years now. I am not bomb barded with spring spiders and seasonal bugs. I was initiated with box elder bugs, now I rarely see one.

There was no contact. All of my calls went unanswered.

Since Josh started to treat our house and yard, we haven't seen any spiders. He comes once a month and treats the outside/yard and the problem areas in our basement where we would have spider traffic. He also guarantees his work so he if he comes and you see more bugs etc he will come back and take care of it. Another thing I love about this company and Josh is he has great recommendations. We haven't done much landscaping to our yard but he made some great suggestions for when we do which will help keep bugs and critters away from the house. He is so nice and helpful. I honestly wish more business owners were like him. He is friendly and got a great attitude!

Josh is an excellent professional at what he does ie. eco-friendly pest elimination and control. He's very knowledgeable, very professional and very effective at eliminating pests. He shows up on time, goes beyond what is expected, is diligent, careful and thorough. He took our home which became seriously infested with rodents and quickly eliminated the problem and continues regular followups to keep it that way. He also does insects and his pricing is extremely fair. I am greatly pleased! Very well done Josh!

He comes every month and sprays around the house, garage and yard and also in my basement, He makes sure that he doesn't hurt the bees, so around my flowers he will put granules instead of spraying, Answers my questions and concerns. Friendly.

Fortunately no bugs were found or appeared during the following month. Josh called after two weeks to get a progress check. Since there weren't any indicators yet, he said he would call & come over after two additional weeks. Josh followed-up on each of his agreements. Josh educated us on what to look for, options for remediation, and info on a wide variety of pest related questions not directly tied to our current problem. Josh displayed a passion for his work. We are amazed at his knowledge and his desire to control pests in an eco friendly yet effective manner. He explained what he was going to do, what he was doing, and what he would do in our current situation and other possible service issues we asked about. I read Josh's reviews on this site before calling him. He surpassed each of the ten "A" reviews/comments that prompted me to call him. Josh is one of the best service providers I have worked with in many years.

Josh is a lifesaver! I called him when I first moved to Iowa because there was a mousetrap in my home from the previous owners. Josh went above and beyond assuring me that he would help me maintain my property as "pest free". (even offered to come get a mouse if I trapped one before our scheduled visit). He has never let me down! He calls before each visit and if there are any areas of concern. He is truly a partner and a great example of a top notch contractor!

Excellent. Josh calls in advance on when he will come & if somebody will be home to let him in. Josh is friendly, professional, and we trust him. Josh has been our pest control guy for 5 years and we would highly recommend him. We have 4 cats & since Josh uses only environmentally safe products, I would not use any other pest control company.

Contacted Josh for an inspection and he came out the next day. Upon his arrival he thoroughly inspected the perimeter and inside the house at the area where we first saw the ants. During the inspection he was very informative and explained everything he saw and also gave tips on how to help keep the house free from all different kinds of pests. During the treatment on the following day while he was applying the pest control to the perimeter he noticed several wasps flying in and out of a slightly exposed area at the edge of the roof, he took care of the nest and when he returned when I was home he showed me the area. I had also received a follow up call from Josh to check and see if the problem was taken care of. Very professional and thorough.

Josh calls ahead adn schedules a time to come out & check termite traps, stick strips, & use safe and effective ways to treat problems. Organic methods are preferred & always conscious of family pets.

Enviro-Pest Solutions has an organic pest control that is completely safe for pets. It's very good. Your pet could actually lick it off the floor and they'll never get sick. I follow them on facebook. I like them that much. They're really very good. It's completely organic. I've had no issues with pest control since they've been. They come out every month and spray both outside and inside. It's really, really nice. It's very convenient and they're also very good about scheduling. They recently started using a dog who is trained to find bed bugs, so their popularity has really grown. They have a lot of businesses who are having them come in with the dog. I had them come in every month for about a year and a half. They haven't come lately, but I still barely never see any pests in my home. I really love their services. They have been very professional in dealing with my two pit bulls. They're very, very respectful.

The product seems to have done a good job at repelling rodents. It seems to have worked the past two winters.

They are a green company; all products they use are natural and safe for humans and animals. They come at the same time every month. The person who owns the company is the one who treats our property. They are very pleasant and are willing to answer any questions and concerns. They are knowledgeable of the service they are providing. I did not check prices elsewhere. I really like them.

The natural pest control methods and insecticides they use in our home make us feel very comfortable in regard to our family's health. I am not a big "green" environmental guy but have learned there is no need to use toxic chemicals for most everyday applications. I will never use anyone else.

When you have pets or small children, the products you have in your home are a concern. Pests are an annoyance, even sometimes a health threat, like with brown recluses. But when choosing what to do that will not only deal with these unwelcome house guests, I looked into all options when I learned we had silverfish in our new residence. The health of my family and my pets (a cat and two large dogs) came first so I went with the organic route. This lead me to Enviro Pest Solutions. They came out and treated our house and have been coming as I needed ever since. It has been almost 3 years now and I know monthly treatments may seem costly but when you consider the possibility of a $400+ chemical treatment failing or finding you have a new problem (such as fleas) and then incurring that price a second time. It seems a bigger gamble than I care to take. They are honest and up front about what it costs and about the contracts. If you are short a month they understand if you want to prolong the contract. Honestly I can't say anything less than this is one of the most professional and respectable companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their service is impeccable. They call you the day before your scheduled monthly treatment. They will work around your hours of availability and will attempt to arrange services a different day if you are not free to meet with them. They have been great about my dogs which are highly nervous about new people and understand that all dogs can bite and treat my dogs with respect and just work around them. I am really lucky to have decided to go with such a personable company for my home treatments because I don't think a fumigator would have understood all my questions or concerns about what could happen to my pets and family with their chemicals. And I grilled this company for the full extent of what the dangers and alternatives would be and they were not only knowledgeable but welcomed the concerns as if they were personal concerns as well. All I know is I can't speak in regards to other providers but I know I won't go back to "bombing" after seeing how remarkably well this has worked.

like i said we fist called enviro-pest soulutions about ants a couple of years ago.a friend had recommended them because we had a day care in our home and josh(the owner) uses mostly "eco-friendly" product.he was here THAT day and we saw immediate results.we had him come back monthly and do not have problems with ants anymore.this past winter i called him again because we had a small rodent problem again his was here that day and we no longer saw rodents within 2 days.i recomend josh because hes knowledgeable,quick,and friendly.he was not like other pest control companys that we've used because its a small family company and not a corperation so he could work with us on our schedule.
