+ -1 moreMark was on time for the repair. Everything went smoothly while he was here. I find him to be knowledgable and easy to work with.
Description of Work: My dishwasher wasn't filling with water. Mark came out the day after I called for service. He replaced a large filter. He also gave suggestions on how I can maximize the performance of my 13 year old dishwasher.

+ -1 more,Defrost timer was replaced at no additional charge when the first replacement was determined to be defective. This provided some correction of problem, but fridge did not perform as expected. We wanted to achieve temps of 40 or lower in fridge, and zero in the freezer. The results of repair were 46 degrees in the fridge, and 13 degrees in the freezer. Ice cream in freezer is soft, and beverages in fridge are not as cold as they should be.
Description of Work: Refrigerator was not cooling or freezing very well at all. Service technician replaced defrost timer( twice) and checked other parts to assure they were OK.
