Good communication during the process. They got me on their schedule very quickly. Installer put the antenna in the attic and made sure everything worked as it should before he left. Professional service and very nice young man that knew what he was doing. Explained everything to me. I would recommend and probably will!

Two experienced professional workers from Bannon Communications came to mount my 60 Flat Screen TV and they did it perfectly. Very precise and measured to the millimeters. Def have done this many times before. I would recommend Bannon to any colleagues or friends. They even took the TV down after first hanging. It wasn't good enough so they made adjustments and then readjusted to perfection. Before they left, they cleaned TV screen and made sure I was satisfied. Excellent service for not an easy job.

Prompt, friendly service!

The antenna installers/technicians from Bannon Communications were knowledgeable and hard workers. They had already put in a full day yet did out antenna installation accurately and without rushing. They were careful to minimize the signal cabling visibility and added antenna wall sockets expertly. They set up all of the TVs for Over the Air reception, tested the reception, and did a great job cleaning up after their installation. (I've had local vocals subcontracted by our satellite provider multiple times that blow in, do a half-@$$ job and vanish. Not these guys! I was so glad when the Bannon Communication technicians showed up in a van with Bannon Communications displayed on the vehicle.) Working with Reed Bannon, the owner and CEO was a pleasure. You can tell by talking with him that he knows his craft and that the job will be done to your satisfaction - he guarantees it! I highly recommend Bannon Communications -and that says a lot because I am a picky $0b - you might have to wait a few days to get on their schedule given how busy they are, but they are well worth the wait!

Tech was very thorough and even tried an amp to bring in more channels. Didn't get additional channels so decided to go without.

Reed and the 2 installers that came to my house were all wonderful. They provided the exact service I requested, were in and out in one hour and very nice to interact with. I already have recommended them!
