Art Carter & Son Electric

We had initially called them for something else but we thought they were wonderful. They have always been wonderful. It is a company run by one man but his son was helping him when we did all the electrical. They are so good for the fact that we had an outlet broken when we were painting our basement but they didn’t charge us anything for it. They said they didn’t charge us anything because it was something that they should have caught initially. They were very honest about it because it was three years later; they could have billed us for it but they didn’t. They did at a time when the price of copper was very expensive but if we had them come a little then it would have cost me lesser because the price of copper went down again. Getting a hold for them is something else because we just reach an answering machine. The price was fine because they could work with only what the materials cost. In other cases the price has been better than most. The first time we needed some electrical work done in our garage they were out there digging up the lawn and didn’t charge us much at all. There was a lot of manual labor but they charged us only for the electrical work. Our overall experience with them has been excellent.
