Washington Plumbing was subcontracted for a bathroom remodel. While rerouting sewage lines, he DRY sawed the concrete indoors. The fine concrete dust not only literally coated every inch of my house but also caused my furnace filter to clog. When approached why he didn't wet saw, he stated that is how all plumbers do it, and I was being unreasonable about the concrete dust and I should have expected it. I personally contacted 3 other local plumbers and they said you ALWAYS wet saw concrete in a residential job. He and the office staff were very unprofessional in their conversations with me about this issue. In addition, he also ordered the wrong shower and accesories, causing two separate delays in the project. Although in the end, the quality of the work was acceptable, I would never use or recommend this plumber to anyone.

Did all of the work in our new home in 2009/2010. Response is fast. They even came out on Xmas Eve to help us out in an emergency. They are the only company we'll use for our home plumbing needs.Prices are competitive. Customer service is top notch!! Highly recommend this business.

They're excellent, and their price was competitive. They let me know what to expect and when they would be here. They talked with me about what I was running, and made sure they understood what I wanted before they started. They did a complete bathroom remodel for me. Their business is plumbing, but they know other people who can do the other stuff, and so they coordinate with other companies for the jobs that they don't do themselves. I don't regret having them on the job. It was an expensive project, but very efficient, even the companies he had working with him.
