You First Moving

Great experience beginning to end. Their company name describes them very well! Joel answered my call when I first called for a quote. Ryan called me back shortly and then came out to discuss our needs and get me a quote. Nancy, Phyllis and Virginia packed us up, with great care (and lots of paper.) Brandon, Travis, Dexter and Tavian loaded us up one day...and unloaded us the next day. They guys strike just the right balance of hustle and careful. You First Moving does it right, and they communicate so well. If you need to move, make them your first call.

Brock and Cesar were personable and professional. They were efficient and took care with all my belongings. The move went great! If I ever need to move again I will call You First and request Cesar and Brock!

Excellent! This moving company was on time, professionals who "went the extra customer service mile"! They provided all services from organizing, packing, moving, unpacking and setup of new home. They provided to my mother & our families"peace of mind" for a job well done! Would highly recommend! 5 stars!

While I try to use locally owned companies and have used this company before, this was not a good experience. The first time the owners moved me. This time it was young men who were pleasant but they were quite inefficient and the bill was almost double the estimate. In addition, several antique pieces of furniture handed down in the family were scratched and dented. It didn't appear that any throws were used to cover the furntiure. While the company paid for the damages, the pieces will never be as they were. Sorry You First Moving. Your workers need more training.

Joel and Jason did a great job. They were personable, prompt, took care with all my belongings, and efficient. I would definitely hire them again. Price was very reasonable.

The movers arrived on-time, loaded up and were finished ahead of time. They arrived at the new house on-time, we unloaded in record time and they were on their way. They were a lot less expensive than other companies and did just as good a job as more expensive ones. Our load did not have to spend any time in a warehouse; it was secure the whole time.

It went excellent the young men were hard workers. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!! Polite courteous and very friendly!!! Would hire them again without hesitation. Thank you Joel and your partner in crime on Saturday. LOL You first moving out of Ankeny is awesome !!!!!

The team arrived on time with all of the equipment they needed and a clean truck. They worked constantly and efficiently, completing the move within 15 minutes of their estimate. Very professional and courteous.

It went great! They loaded everything to make the most out of the room available in the truck, with everything I had. Provided their own blankets, straps, etc. Got everything in and out in a timely fashion, while making sure to be cautious of the items being carried.

The “You First Moving” staff provided great service from the time we made arrangements for their services through the actual moving day! Mitch and his staff were accommodating, flexible and pleasant. They were very careful in moving items and therefore no damage to any items. Their moving rates were quite affordable, too. Thank you for a very positive experience!

You First Moving was extremely flexible and did a wonderful job with my move in August. I had a tight timeframe for getting out of my house versus when we could get into the new place. You First Moving was creative in coming up with a plan to ensure we could make the tight time schedule. I also was very impressed with their estimation process to ensure they could meet my needs during the move. They were thorough and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered. When unexpected and out of my control changes came up in the timing of my move, You First Moving again showed flexibility and creativity to ensure my needs were met in the moving process. I highly recommend them as a moving service and will use them again if I ever have a need for moving services.
