+ -1 moreThe offer was $30 worth of dry cleaning for $15. I had a summer jacket with dirty cuffs and I specifically pointed out the stains that I wanted cleaned. When I picked up the jacket if was obvious that the jacket had been pressed. After getting home and checking the sleeves, it didn't appear that the dry cleaning process had any effect on removing the stains. There was no notice from the dry cleaner telling me they were unable to remove the soil from around the cuff. This reminded me of the first time I used Wise Cleaners. I pointed out a stain on the front of a blouse and when I got my blouse back, the very same thing had happened. The blouse was obviously pressed but the stain was still there and was no note from the cleaner stating they were unable to remove the spot. I took the blouse straight to another cleaner and they successfully removed the spot. I regret my decision to buy that deal.
Description of Work: I tookt in a jacket, blouse and sweater for dry cleaning. I was given no breakdown of the cost and doubt that the three items totalled $30 worth of dry cleaning.
