Serviceman was courteous, respectful, called and gave us a 2 hour window when he would be there then called about 15 minutes before he arrived , diagnosed the issue. This was my first time using Westside but will call them again. They were professional and helpful from my first call to when the serviceman walked out the door,

On both the initial visit and follow up visit, the repairman arrived promptly at the agreed times. Quickly identified the problem. However, necessary parts were not on his truck and had to be ordered. Was given time estimate of when need parts would arrive and final repairs could be made. Several days after the estimated date I had not been contact until I called. Was advised that part was would take longer to obtain than originally thought. That is certainly understandable, but think I should have contacted by the contractor rather than me call them and keep my schedule in limbo. Once part did arrive, Westside did promptly schedule the second visit which went well. The same service man was very knowledgeable and did both visits, which was much appreciated.

Arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and solved it.

Good job. Looks like new. It took months for them to get the part and it was expensive.

All went well. No complaints.

We had some copper pipes replaced with pex lines, including the water line that runs to the refrigerator. We don't know the cause (perhaps some loose sediment in the lines), but the day after the plumbers left the filler tube to the ice maker would not stop running, causing the ice tray to overflow. I called Sears, but they could not come out for at least two weeks, so on the recommendation of our plumbers, I called Westside. Ryan came out two days later and immediately diagnosed the problem - a bad valve on the back of the refrigerator. We had had this replaced in 2009, but we needed another one. Ryan got the valve replaced and cleaned up in less than an hour. He was professional and courteous, and got to the house exactly when he said he would. We were pleased with his work, and although I always think the price is high for these kinds of repairs, it was much lower than what Sears charged us three years ago. We will be using Westside from now on for our appliance repairs.

They have been able to take care of my problems when I call. They are prompt and professional. They are reasonable. I have been pleased with them all around.

On Saturday morning, we realized our 10 year old dryer was not drying our clothes. We checked our vents and it did not appear to be clogged. The clothes were cold and wet in the dryer, so we were pretty sure the heating element was out. We talked to the scheduler that morning and she thought the technician might be able to make it there on a Saturday. We were surprised. She did explain that the cost would be higher for a Saturday service call. She said the technician would call to let us know if he could make it that day. Approximately an hour and a half later, the technician called and said he could be there in 10 minutes. We explained what we thought the problem would be. He said usually that is a clogged vent, but it could be a heating element. He was able to diagnose the problem, replace the heating element, and be out of the house within 15 minutes. Overall, from the time we called to the time the repairs were made was about two hours. The technician was personal and professional. He even cleaned out some of the lint from behind the face plate of the dryer for us. Overall, I was very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of the company and technician.

They didn't seem too professional, didn't wear a uniform. He was late. I wasn't happy.

I just had them out. They were good. I had a guy that is good with refrigerators that works there. He explained what needed to get done and I asked him how much it was. He had some parts available on his truck and had another guy come and deliver another part and was completed in one visit.

They came when they said they would. The technician was professional and courteous. After evaluating the cooktop, the quote for repairs was high; the failure was in the electronic contols, and the cooktop was ~10 years old. The tech was very helpful in figuring out that it made more sense to replace the unit, saving us a few hundred dollars repairing a unit that would likely have something else wrong fairly soon. He could easily have talked me into the repair, but instead he cost himself a higher bill by giving good advice. I will call them again when I need appliance repair.

I have used them a number of times in the past. They are reliable and their service men are nice. I think they are a little expensive, but I don't go to anybody else.

My dishwasher stopped running, so I called for a repair estimate. Technician was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The repair parts/labor would have been major, so based on the estimate he recommended replacing the dishwasher. I will likely use them again, but was hoping the analysis/estimate would cost $75 or less.

They told me that my dishwasher has to be replaced since the one which I had was not repairable. I will use this company in the future.

I had a good experience with Westside.

We had a very positive experience. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and quickly diagnosed the problem; one burner in a JennAire glass cook top was not heating, and it was the control unit, not the burner, that had gone bad. The cost of the part was high enough that the entire repair would have cost over half the cost of a new cooktop; with a unit 10 years old, that doesn't make a lot of sense. They technician was clear in providing options, and hinted gently that we should consider the decision (even though he'd have made more money if we had proceeded with the repair). Once we had decided not to repair the unit, he volunteered that he thought we had made the right choice. He was courteous and cleaned up after himself. We will call them again when we need appliance repair.

Everything went well. They were available to come out the day after I called, they arrived within the 2-hour window that we agreed upon, and they fixed the problem. The replacement part was a little more pricey than I'd expected. No problems, though. They are dependable and professional.

I couldn't have been more impressed -- they're true professionals who had the part they needed on hand, saving me another trip home, and more importantly, another trip to buy a new refrigerator! I even caught the technician after I had paid him and he was preparing to leave, mentioned one more problem with my ice maker - he came back in and fixed that too, no extra charge. He was in and out in under 30 minutes.

They did not come when they said they would. I could not get my money back from them. I had to go to the maker of the appliance to get it fixed. I found out from the maker that there was a lawsuit against the refrigerator. Westside should have known this. I ended up having to go to GE in the end and they replaced it. Because Westside would not refund me my money, I got an upgrade on my refrigerator.
