+ -1 moreWe had a leak appear after a storm, and my husband found a crack in a vent on the roof. Tom was out immediately to check and able to get the repairs done the next day. I had him go ahead and replace all four vents to avoid any potential leaks since we'd noticed wear on them. My choice, with no pushing from him. No "upselling" or trying to push work that wasn't needed. He was able to come give me my estimate and get the work done before any other company could check out the issue, much less start work. He answered my questions, and Tom and his guys were prompt, courteous and left no trace that they had even been there. He had been recommended by a good friend, and I can say hands down, I'd turn around and suggest him to anyone I know who is asking.
Description of Work: Repair - replaced 4 vents on roof.
