So far we've been happy. Their price was right in line with everybody else. They were pretty quick to get back with us.

I saw their reviews on Angie's list and made the decision to have them quote our home for window replacement. They came and measured all the windows and we discussed what work we wanted done. They gave us a quote on the spot and weren't pushy at all. You could tell they knew the window business. They ordered the windows and when they came in scheduled a time for installation. Installation went great and one guy does all the work. He does a great job! We weren't completely satisfied with the look of the trim in one location so he came back and corrected it for no charge! They also hauled away all of our old windows and storm windows. The whole process was very easy on us as homeowners. We LOVE the windows and the sliding glass door!

We did not dislike anything, they did a real good job. The people who worked for us were good.

The owner Ryan and Tony were excellent to work with and his the crews that worked on our home were prompt, curtious, and cleaned up every night before they left.

It went great. I called for an estimate; they were prompt and professional. We set up a time and the work began. Terry did excellent work - very good quality. When I found a flaw in one of the sliders, they immediately ordered another one, and replaced it. I'm very happy with my new windows & doors.

The company was on time, friendly, and fast. They called a few times while I was getting other bids to see if I was still interested. When I finally hired them, they had the work done the next day. I got home from work and it was all done, and I thought it looked great.

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful this company and specifically Joe Meyers. I called Superior Exteriors because of the Angie's List rating and they didn't disappoint. Our house in Iowa was in a hail storm in early August. We moved to Texas later that month and didn't have time to reach out to contractors. Working from Texas on this project I called Joe. He made me feel so comfortable from the very beginning. I could just tell that he was an honest guy and that I could trust him. I had explained that several of our neighbors had landscaping ruined from other companies from shingles thrown from the roof. Our house was on the market and I needed it looking perfect for open houses. Joe texted me pictures throughout the process so that I knew everything that was happening. I can't express my gratitude to Joe and this company. They did an amazing job and I'm so impressed. They were true to the original cost and even came in lower than the original bid once the exact measurements came in. I recommended them to more neighbors who also enjoyed working with them! I had bought a rental house that needed new windows, siding, doors, and gutters. I quoted out 4 competitors and Superior Exteriors were among the two most competitive quotes. He is able to talk with a homeowner in a down to earth way to help them understand what style of siding and color would look the best on their house. He got me excited about the project. When they started the project and tore off the old wood siding, it was discovered there was no sheeting underneath the old siding and it was just old 4X8 sheets of Fiberboard (like cardboard!). I told Ryan I didn't want a cardboard house. Ryan was able to correct these issues and do the job right, and for a small amount added R-12 insulation to the walls, along with 1/2 inch sheeting so that I have a sturdy house. He is definately flexible and easy to work with as a homeowner. It is also important that things are done the right way to him and that you are satisfied. Also I told him I wanted single hung windows for my rental house, instead of double hungs for maintenance purposes. He included it in quote, and after our contract later determined that the style of window I ordered was not available in single hung. Ryan did a free upgrade to the next grade window so that I could have single hung. This upgrade was free of charge.. Also Terry the window installer pays very close attention to detail. He does fantastic work! If you want a contractor that is down to earth, helps you weed through colors and styles and helps you to see what would work best, Superior Exteriors is a great comany. I wiill never go anyplace else now. Thanks Ryan!

They left nails on the roof that I can see from the upstairs windows and there is a loose wire on the roof that needs to be tacked down. There was black marks all over my siding, deck, garage doors, and they broke off our dryer vent. You would think they would replace it or recognize their mistakes before I had to call them. After many calls, Nathan came out and view the damage. He said he would get it fixed. After another call, he finally sent some men out to clean the siding and garage doors. The marks came off the siding but when they cleaned the garage doors, the paint came off with it. I stopped counting all the calls to them. In October they finally sent a painter out. Great guy, very professional. He doesn't work for them. He painted my garage doors and painted and installed the new dryer vent (that I had to purchase), they look great. So, now we are in November and the loose wire is still flying around and I can see at least 5 nails from windows. I'm sure there are more that I can't see. They must be magic nails because they haven't moved. My goal is to get them out before we enter 2013. It doesn't take much effort to check on customers after the job is complete(and not just to get paid). If there are things to repair, they need to get it completed right away. Most important, they need to follow up after the repair. Don't wait for them to contact you. Jan 2013 They sent me a check to cover the cost of the new dryer vent. Nathan apologized for everything and said he will make it right. He said they will come out to get the nails and attach the wire once the snow melts.

We had an excellent experience with Superior Exteriors. Our system was installed by Terry. He was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Upon completion, Jeff, Ryan and Nate stopped by to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommended!!

Our experience with Superior Exteriors was good. They were very professional. We just went with the company, because they were a little cheaper. Superior had double pane windows for the same price the other company had triple pane. I had wanted to go with Superior, but my husband said to give the other company a chance. They were late to our scheduled appointment.

Just had them quote the windows.

They were quick and knowledgable. We have not experienced any problems since there work was completed.

The siding is fantastic! We love how our new siding and windows look and appreciated all of Ryan's suggestions, of window, style of window, gutter ideas, framing windows and keystones). One of the things we appreciate the most was how Ryan, Nate and the crew treated me with respect and always listened to my questions and suggestions (this was not the case with a couple of other companies we received quotes from). I was home during most of the siding and windows while my husband was at work and I did most of the communication with them. The work was finished in a timely manner. It took a few days to get two last details finished, but they were done to our satisfaction even after we had paid in full. We are very happy with their recommendation of material we should use to side the house. Thank you Superior Exteriors!

I did not end up using them because they seemed to think that there was one piece that I wanted to have done that they were not able to do. I wanted to move a piece of gutter and connect two pieces but the technician from this company did not think it could be done so I decided not to use them. They were on time and were very nice. They told me a lot about what I was looking at because I was not that familiar with gutter work that much. They wrote a thank you note for letting them do an estimate. They were two really nice guys who did the measurements and wrote up a nice estimate. I think they knew what they were doing.

Estimate was provided in detail. Technicians were prompt and completed the job on time. They handled all clean up work.

Came out for a bid almost immediately. They had the same pricing as another bid, but we chose them because they said they could get the job done more quickly than the other contractor (a third contractor was eliminated from consideration because their prices were ridiculously high). As it turns out, they use subcontractors (something that we were not told during the bidding process), so the quality of work will vary from job to job. The crew that came to our home was friendly enough, but very slow. We were originally told the work would take 2 1/2 days, but it eventually took 4 days of work, including two nights where the crews stayed well past dark. The first two days, it seems some of the crew members didn't show up to work or left early, so a couple of guys were left to do a pretty big job. They also didn't start work until late morning. The job was interrupted by a rainstorm, which delayed its completion (not the fault of the crew at all). We were just concerned about leaving the roof unshingled during the rain, but were assured that the crew would make the roof watertight, even without shingles. The crew working on our home did not do this, and water did end up leaking into our attic and created water stains on one of our bedroom ceilings. The crew also crushed many of the newly planted shrubs in our landscaping and damaged some of our siding. Other than the landscaping issues, Superior Exteriors did send people out to fix everything, but it was still frustrating. I have no complaints with the roof itself, even though it's hard to tell with a roof whether it was done correctly. It's not leaking as far as we know, so it seems to be OK. The Cs that I'm giving for Punctuality and Professionalism relate to the crew, not to Ryan himself, who was always very polite and professional. Your experience could be different with a different crew.

Went real well, arrived when they said they would,cleand everything up when they were done. Very professional.

Spoke with Ryan at home show this year about replacing windows in my home. He came to give an estimate two days after close of the show, and discussed advantages of new windows. An order wasa placed and three weeks later the windows were ready for instalation. Their installer (Terry) arrived on the agreed upon date and time for installation. It was obvious from the start that he was 100% committed to doing the job to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. The jobsite was cleaned up at the end of each workday. Ryan arrived after completion of the installation to ensure our complete satisfaction. We are very pleased with our new windows and would not hesitate to use Superior Exteriors in future projects

I think everything turned out fine. I believe they’ve done good work, but it hasn’t rained yet so time will tell. One thing I didn’t like is that we signed a contract to get work started within two months, and they took every bit of that time before beginning the work.

Superior Exteriors was very professional, cleaned up well, and we plan to have them back for siding work.

They gave me a bid about a year ago. I had seen them at the state fair and there was a green roofing product that I was interested in. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable about their product. I don't think I would use them because they were pretty high.

Ryan gave us the best estimate and explained in detail the quality of these windows. I was impressed by his knowledge and desire to gain our business. After a 2nd visit from Ryan, I picked Superior Exteriors over a well-known company with a lot of money spent on advertising. His installation crew was very friendly and knowledeable and took the extra time to ensure a quality installation ensued. They left nothing undone and did an excellent cleanup job as well. One problem was encountered and they stuck behind their promises and made it right and exceeded my expectations. I had very high standards for quality windows and a quality installation and they came through. I have and will continue to recommend Superior Exteriors.
