Hana is an exceptional and professional House Cleaner. I am mobility challenged and am unable to do the work required. I contacted Hana from an ad on craiglist and when she arrived she gave me an estimate for the work. I gave a counter offer that she accepted. She showed up on the day and time we agreed to and began her work. I was truly amazed as I watched her go about her business! Of course she cleaned all the normal areas, but what sets Hana apart from any other House Cleaner is the extra mile she go to. It was obvious from the start that she was cleaning my house from top to bottom as if it were her OWN house. An example is her cleaning base boards, window frames, moved every piece of furniture, cleaned ever leg and support on wooden furniture, did the dishes (which was not in our agreement), moved items on shelves and cleaned the shelf then replaced the items, cleaned the microwave inside and out, even the blades on the ceiling fans. When she finally finished I was so overwhelmed that is increased her payment to the amount she asked for in the beginning. I felt that Hana had done more than I had asked her to do and so deserved the additional money. I continue to use Hana and will do so for as long as I am living in Des Moines. Do I recommend Hana the short answer is YES. The long answer is if you choose anyone else you are just cheating yourself. Hana is by far the hardest working most conscientious individual I have ever had the pleasure to work for me.
