Oxi Fresh of Urbandale Carpet Cleaning

So-so--I've found someone who does none of the things this company does which annoy me, so, I won't be calling them anymore.

At first I was pretty happy, but the I realized how ineffective the cleaning techniques were. They used nothing more than a glorified vacuum, it seems, and it really did nothing to clean my carpets.

Completely ineffective. They don't even vacuum after the carpet cleaning. The car interior cleaning was a joke. The sofa is still dirty.

I used Oxyfresh carpet cleaning earlier this spring and was very disappointed. First, I received a phone call from the technician stating he was going to be an hour late. As I was only at home waiting for him I told him that wasn't acceptable. He was able to make it only half and hour late. When he was finished I found residue on my floors that looked like sawdust and found splashes of white all over the bottom of my black bedroom furniture. I was not happy to be cleaning up his mess but the sawdust type particles cleaned up okay as did the black furniture. Unfortunately, my hardwood floor that is next to the carpet didn't fair as well. The hardwood looks like it was sanded. The finish has been completely removed on a small strip right next to the carpet! I have been in contact with the company and they are slowly working to resolve the issue. I've been waiting a month and a half and still no resolution. No offer to refund my carpet cleaning bill either. I've had to arrange my schedule for various people to come in and look at the damage on different occasions. I am currently waiting to hear from their insurance company on whether they will repair the floors and how much of the cost they will cover (I was told it will not be 100%!). I will definitely NOT be using this company again.

The representative was right on time and very courteous. Pleased with work. The service is not, however, the deep cleaning you get with a traditional steam cleaning.

Timothy did a great job cleaning the carpets and explaining the cleaning process that Oxi Fresh uses. He was very professional and personable. He then cleaned the couch and love seat. Our carpet was dry before he even left our home.
