M&M Commercial Cleaning

We hired Jim from M&M to complete the job early this November. The day before he was supposed to complete our floors, he emailed to say their machine was broken and would finish that Thursday and Friday. Thursday comes and we waited 40 minutes after the scheduled time and still no one has called or showed. I call Jim and he said he was in the middle of fixing the machine(which is two days after he said he would have it fixed). No apology for being late, not showing, or not calling to let me know. He said he should be on his way in one hour. One hour and a half passes, I send a text and he said hopefully later on he would still come. Another couple hours pass, no word so I ask if he is still planning to show, he said he had to order parts and that they would hopefully arrive tomorrow which was Friday. Wait until Monday, then Tuesday, and beyond, I have never received a call back, or apology. I have never heard from them again, even to say if they decided to not take the job or what happened. We wasted a lot of time waiting around on someone we had a signed contract with to complete a job. Very unprofessional and disappointing. There really is no excuse for how Jim handled our job.
