+ -1 moreWe had gotten a few estimates and he was much less expensive than two other contractors. He is happy to explain the different options and what the best choice would be in his opinion. I would not want to use anyone besides Joe for our heating/air conditioning repairs or replacements. He was punctual and did exactly as he said he would.
Description of Work: Joe put in a new air conditioner and also has repaired our other heater/air conditioner. He is very personable and knowledgeable about his business.

+ -1 moreHe went above and beyond to find hard to find parts on a Saturday-- knowing the ins and outs of his business to get them expedited at a still reasonable cost. He was amazing.
Description of Work: Was a warrenty repair but Joe went well above and beyond. He is extremely knowledgable, friendly and helpful. If it wasn't a warrenty repair-- I'm sure his price would be very fair.
